We hope you had a very Merry Christmas and a great New Year!
We were super busy before Christmas and since then its been great hearing feed back on how well our images went down on Christmas day!
Now its 2012, there are lots of exciting this coming up this year! My big Kilimanjaro climb is in June and I am holding another Chairty Ladies Night and Frock Exchange at Cadbury Hotel on Thursday March 15th to raise more money for this challange in aid of Weston Hospicare. I have some great new ideas for Babies at Home, this will be changing to Newborns, just awaiting for a delivery from US to get this going!
I am also at some wedding exhibitions in the next few months, first being Sunday 15th January at Bristol Marriott Hotel Click here for more info. Others are Cardiff CIA as well as Taunton School in February. If you got engaged over Chrsitmas, make sure you come along to one- they are a great starting point!
Raising money for Weston Hospicecare
Not many of you will know, but I am planning on climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in June 2012 for a very special local charity, Weston Hospicecare.
This charity does so much for local people, and has helped people close to my friends and family. Thursday 17th November I held my second Frock Exchange and Ladies Night at Cadbury Hotel, Congresbury. We had over 20 different stalls, Butlers in the Buff, live demos and dance performances, as well as the exchange of clothes and shoes. It was a fabulous evening and proud to say we raised £1,163.00 in total, which means my total is just over half way to my £5, 000 target.

Brides Unveiled short listed for a Wedding Award!
Brides Unveiled has been short listed for the 'Special Touch' Wedding Industry Award! A massive thankyou to my wonderful clients who voted for me, it means so much to me!
The winner will be announced at the end of this month, so keeping my fingers crossed! A huge thank you to my beautiful clients, I am one very excited lady!

Relocation of JD Studio!
Previous clients will know we have been based at Oldmixon Crescent for the last 5 years, but as of now we are at our new studio in the heart of Weston-s-Mare.
We are now on the Boulevard, number 7 opposite Tesco Express on the first and second floors. Myself and my troop of friends and family have been working hard to get the new premises up to JD Stand… (which is high!) I am so proud of all our work and the studio has the welcoming homely feel I was hoping for!
We are holding an open day this Saturday 19th November from 10am until 4pm. We will have a massive prize wheel with loads of freebies to win; family portraits, prints, CDs, Makeovers as well as up to £100 off our wedding albums for 2012 weddings. Our Mac makeup artists will be providing free makeovers though out the day so come along and have a nosey at all our hard work and the best photography studio Weston has to offer!!
